Diana López is an acclaimed author known for her diverse body of work, which spans adult, middle grade, and picture books. Her novels include Sofia’s Saints, Confetti Girl, Ask My Mood Ring How I Feel, and the Los Monstruos series. Her adaptation of Disney/Pixar’s Coco and her picture book Sing With Me: The Story of Selena Quintanilla further highlight her range. López has also been involved in editing and teaching, serving as the president of the Texas Institute of Letters (2022-2024). She currently resides in Corpus Christi, Texas.
